Exceptionally clean hotel, the staff was really friendly.
Ideal hotel, enjoyed our stay, it had fresh food and stunning location out to the lounge area. Location: the venue was close to all the sightseeing spots of Arashiyama as well as the centre. Stopped by Obu Cafe to get some coffee and treats, it's close to the venue, recommend😃

The hostel is perfectly located right next to the train station in the crowded cultural capital of Japan, Arashiyama area. The cabins are comfortable, with clean bathrooms and unique facilities. The rooftop deck provides a nice view of the mountains. The staff is friendly and helpful, offering amenities like slippers, pyjamas, toothbrushes. The nearby food stalls and Lawsons make it convenient for meals and supplies.
Some of the reception staff had difficulty communicating in English, causing a slight language barrier.

The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in a picturesque area with lots of little shops to explore. It was also right next to a beautiful bamboo forest, which made it great for exploring and taking walks. the hotel provided fresh toiletry items daily, which was a nice touch.
The lack of consideration from some of the other guests. There was a woman in the capsule next to mine who started unpacking and repacking her suitcase at 4:45 am, making it impossible for anyone in our aisle to sleep.
